  • 2+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting within the technology and/or startup space.
  • Demonstrated experience using various online platforms to source and attract candidates.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with a high level of proficiency in Dutch and English languages (both written and verbal).
  • Extremely personable, collaborative, and team-oriented, with a willingness to help and support fellow team members when needed.
  • Strong commitment to providing a positive candidate experience.
  • High level of flexibility and adaptability within a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Tremendous attention to detail, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple requisitions.
  • Outstanding ability to learn new processes/systems quickly, ask questions, and present new ideas.

What are you going to do?

The Talent Acquisition Specialist has a pivotal role in achieving the business continues to grow by finding the right people to sustain and accelerate on their mission. You are partnering closely with our hiring managers and Talent team to find, qualify, and usher in these new members of the BlueCrew. In this role you will manage the entire recruitment process for your assigned requisitions from end to end:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring profiles, create structured interview plans, and develop and execute effective sourcing and recruiting strategies.
  • Establish a pipeline of qualified candidates in advance of hiring needs.
  • Utilize social media tools to source candidates via multiple methods, exploring new avenues for engaging and sourcing talent.
  • Manage the offer process, including offer approval and extension, and scheduling reference checks.
Furthermore you:
  • Provide a high-touch, positive experience for each candidate.
  • Support other members of the Talent team by scheduling and coordinating interviews or sourcing candidates for their open roles as needed.
  • Maintain accurate data in our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse).
  • Report on funnel data and other key metrics, using this information to build and improve hiring strategies and ensure alignment to company goals around Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DI&B).
  • Contribute to broader Talent initiatives and programming around employer branding and talent attraction, DI&B, campus & events, etc.
